Marylin Manson on the O'Reilly Factor
Now you may say what does this have to do with Hip-Hop. We say anything that makes O'Reilly look stupid is Hip-Hop. Fuck you Bill O'Reilly!
Yukmouth ft. Do Or Die - Falling
.jpg)
One of my all time personal favorite songs.Check out what Yuk had to say about it, when we interviewed him.:
DD: What was your creative process when you made "Falling?"
YM: Being broke. That was a real situation. I was waiting for a check from Rap-A-Lot that didn't come. I only had few ducats in the bank account. At the time I was working on the album, I was still signed to the Luniz contract. The dude that had me signed on the Luniz wasn't signing off for me to be on Rap-A-Lot. So Rap-A-Lot couldn't give me my full advance. They could only give me increments and allowances while I was signed to keep me afloat. I was like Goddamn,my Luniz money is draining. I'm supporting myself and we're chasing the dude for like a year, damn near 2 years for him to sign off. Soimagine taking care of youself with your Luniz money and Rap-A-Lot giving you increments,I was going through it at that time. I made the song "Falling" that's a real emotional moment. I was living check to check literally. That was a real life story.
