The Baltimore City FY'12 budget allocates eleven times (11x) the amount of city discretionary dollars to crime control than to opportunities necessary for healthy development.
►$265 million for police, prosecutors, blue lights, S.W.A.T teams, K-9 and aviation teams
►$24 million for prenatal care, early learning, sports, arts, internships, community service and jobs
