The west-side of Chicago needs a voice and Jig Dolla of WBMG looks to set the tone with his new mix-tape.
After much anticipation, Chicago artist Jig Dolla is set to drop the second installment of his “Since 10/86” series. In a city where the south-side has been getting a lot of buzz lately, Jig Dolla is looking to put the Westside in the conversation. Set to release July 11th, “Since 10/86 Vol. 2” is a testament to the growth & development of Jig as an artist. Known for his gritty yet smooth sound, Jig is confident this project is a perfect balance between relatable street music, radio ready singles, and a good display of WBMG style, which they call “FLEXtalk”.
A regular on websites such as DrankandDank.com, Onthatnoise.com, fakeshoredrive.com, Only4theReal.com and TheLowKeyTruth.com Jig is looking to reach to a bigger audience with the release of “Since 10/86 Vol. 2”. Not one new to the Chicago hip hop scene, Jig is looking to take his career to a higher level. Head of the Wild Bunch Money Gang movement and has a clothing-line that's soon to be released. While keeping the features to a minimum, Jig brought in some well-known names such as GLC, Danny Boy, and Tree while also working with Dutch Shultzz, Chief, PaperBoy, and WBMG's own WB Bird and Willie Neal.
